"I waited 50 minutes. Drive through obviously prioritised. Six people asked for refunds in disgust. So many angry people. Appeared to be no supervision on the busiest night of the week. The bacon was uncooked when discovered after getting home. The burger looked atrocious, unappealing, no wonder my grandson refused to eat it. terrible performance having spent $30."

"Would give it zero stars if I could! This is what $50 looks like. Dry chicken that looks like it’s been sitting there for hours, soggy skin and covered in oil. I’ll be in tomorrow for my refund prior to never returning to this store! It is unacceptable to pay for food that is inedible! Appalled!"

"Finger lickin good,. You have to be kidding. After painting all day I just wanted something quick and easy for dinner. If I wasn't so tired, I would have driven back to the store and asked for a refund. Burger stone cold and the worst burger I have ever had, they could not even wrap it correctly. Lettuce what lettuce apparently a couple of strands is all you need ( See the pictures), half a large box of chips, again stone cold and so much salt they were in edible. If this is the standard of fast food in Australia then we need to complain and ask for better products. I have eaten fast food in other countries and it is so much better twice the serving size and half the price. It is totally unacceptable what fast food restaurant s in this country are serving up and extorting from us. KFC Runway you need to retrain your staff you should hang your heads in shame. Our food was thrown into the paper bag and shoved into our faces. Discussing food and discussing service. Wish I could give minus star rating."
