"Very disappointing tonight..showed the server the Tuesday deal my daughter in law had messaged thru..he didn't have a clue about it..logged in the number..didn't work..said yiu had to do on app..explained it doesn't work on my phoned..wasn't really interested to find a solution...so consequently no deal and paid full price for our grandchildrens treat. Interesting though..another customer came in showed same deal on her phone..another staff member still clueless. Pizzas just past eatable..runaway bay get your act together..also big bushy beards should be covered up..all staff have head coverage for hygiene."

"Worst home delivery fast food experience in memory. 20 minutes to get the order right (girl was just new, I get that), After being disconnected once, I called a second time, and order was taken by a very rude lady with no time to spare. Told the 3 pizzas would be delivered in 20 minutes, turned up 50 minutes later: charged $6 more than was quoted. One of three pizzas had an undercooked base, so was inedible. Called to speak with manager (almost certain it was the lady who took the order), and was told they’d give me a credit. I mentioned they should already have a credit booked with us. Manager responded by slamming he the phone down. We have been in this house for over 15 years, and have spent probably between $15,000 to $22,000 in pizza from this place. Moreover, we eat out a lot; sometimes good, sometimes bad. This experience was simply breathtaking. This is the first time anyone in our house has chosen to take the time to post a negative review of any kind for and food or service provider, so this sets a precedent for us.."

"My pizza was delivered in an incredibly shocking condition, but it did taste pretty good. The delivery rider was careless, I asked for his name and he said it was Jayke Hodge. Please Enforce a safer delivery method Please!!!!"

"The Good. Have been buying from here for years in-store and online and find the product to be a good standard. The bad. Not sure if there is any bicycle etiquette training but as a local pedestrian I find the delivery riders quite intrusive yeah ride the footpaths flat out sounding the bell or not but if my wife and I are nice enough to step off the footpath to let them pass at least a smile and a thanks goes a long way further than no response or a glare because we didn't get out of the way fast enough."
