"My partner booked a general service with this company for Monday at 11am and we got no showed (which looking at the other reviews looks like a reoccurring issue with this company) It took multiple attempts at getting in contact with him to see where he was / why he didn’t arrive. When we did finally get in contact his excuse as to why he did not come was that the details of time & location where not made clear. We decided to give him another chance and rebooked for the Thursday at 12. We made sure there was no confusion on any details of time, location, ect and with no surprise on Thursday we were once again stood up! No phone call and the phone line just rings to voicemail. Poor customer service and an absolute waist of time - would not recommend this company."
