"Never again!! Few months ago had a forklift driver dropping the tines on back bumper of my 2019 crafter, had to be off work for 3 days as the part wasn’t in stock at vw dealer! After I’ve picked up the van and paid for the fixing $1000, the job wasn’t done properly and when I brought the van back to enquire why the underlying damage wasn’t fixed, I’ve been told that they did not cause the damage. A $1000 wasted for a job hasn’t been properly done by A VW dealer."
