"As someone who doesn't have children (and has no idea about child safety), I was pleasently surprised today. I admired the young lady who saw a child standing on the seat of a trolley. She immediately took control of the situation and got the child to sit down. Its good to see that safety was at the forefront of her priorities and I think she deserves a special mention. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but here is 5 stars and recognition of preventing an incident :-) please give her a bonus."
