"Extremely disappointed once again with the poor efforts of staff at the Cannington Baby Bunting. This has now been the 3rd time of terrible service. There was a older lady we had to approach to try get help to get a mattress for our cot. We knew which one we wanted and we just wanted to go in and feel and see them for ourselves before purchasing. We were happy with the choice with there displays they had on the shelf. When we asked her if they had them in stock she told us no they do not, didn't even give us a option to try order one in, instead told us to go to baby road. While she was trying to look online she was more concerned about who was messaging or calling her personal mobile. But we left and come home looked online and the mattress we were after was available for pick up at all stores including Cannington. It was just a hassle as we were already there when we were told it wasnt available. Instead we click and collected the item from baldivis which is another 20min drive, but the staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. We were asked by 3 different people if we needed help even after speaking with a lovely girl who was organising having our mattress come to the front of the store. We plan to still have a few things we need to get from Baby Bunting. But Cannington I now refuse to go to. And would rather go to Baldivis where the staff are exceptional."

We will defiantly be back to purchase some big ticket items from this store before the sale ends.
