"Food was great, young boy named "josh" was happy to answer any questions we had and seemed exited about his job."
"The young guys working there did there best the other day I went there. But the wait time for the food took a bit longer than expected and it wasn't that busy at the food court. I ordered the 2 for $2.95 wicked wings on the KFC app that said available at that location but when I went to grab it there they said they ran out. So they gave me the zinger fillets but it was too greasy, hard to eat and also some of my chips still had some green starch on the end of it."
"Absolutely terrible We go there Thursday night after late shopping, almost every time they don't have larger potato and gravy. Then I have to buy 2 small for almost $9 when the large one is $6 something. Manager or crew doesn't even bother to make an effort. KFC Australia fair on the other hand gave me 4 small one because they ran out of large ones."
"ordered the meal @6pm. A staff came and said at 6.15 that i have another 15 minutes wait. They served everyone else except me ordered by app. The manager said i can cancel my order and it amy take 5 -6 days to refund that means I had to go home to my family with no food in my hand as that was the money for me to buy food. She was so rude. This is not the first time this happened. Every time I ordered through the app, this particular shop’s service is so bad. I never complained but this time I thought I have to let you know how bad is the customer service. They are like we will serve you if we feel like otherwise you can cancel the order and go we will refund it whenever. If you cannot serve those people who will order through app to save time and money please cancel that service in this particular store. I’m so disappointed. And at the end they didn’t have some of the stuff I ordered. I got the food 35 minutes later. Very irresponsible staff. No positive attitude for the work they do. Such a shame on a massive company like this. It’s the 3rd or 4th time bad service not anymore with this shop"
