"Food arrived cold and gluggy (pasta). Lacks taste. Salad was dry. Delivery took 1 hr & 20mins to arrive. Spoke to staff over the phone re late delivery and then they refused to cancel my order. Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again."
"Ordered 2 pasta dishes and a garlic calzone, pasta was terrible, meatballs were cheap frozen balls, that would bounce if you threw one, and the pasta was dry and gluey. Chicken pesto was like wall paper paste, had one mouthful of each pasta and just ate the calzone. Save your money and buy the frozen coles microwave pasta, i think they taste better tbh."
"2 stars was for the garlic bread. Otherwise would have received less. Pasta tastes like cheap packet pasta, my mushrooms were only just cooked, tasted mostly raw. I had the vegan pasta dish. I would not try one of their pastas again unfortunately..."
"Ordered a pizza here last night. It was cold by the time I got to eat it as driver ignored instructions and didn't knock or press doorbell. Then decided not to let uber know that it had been delivered . So probably sat outside for 10 minutes on the ground next to a bench specifically for deliverys. Second problem was pizza had virtually no cheese on it. So every bite it just fell apart losing topping everywhere. Way better pizza at dominoes sadly."
"The first time we ordered on uber only about a month ago these guys were great. But we have ordered the exact same meal over the last few weeks WITHOUT mushrooms and twice they have ignored these instructions and since we are allergic we have thrown it in the bin. The garlic calzone was also great the first time but the last 2 orders way too much garlic and we have thrown it in the bin also. We have learnt our lesson and will not order from them again."
