"The worst customer service my daughter and myself just Bought bubble tea not only was it hot it was made on straight syrup no ice. I said the drink was hot she goes no it’s cold because the syrup come from the fridge I said no it has to have ice in it. We couldn’t not open the lid so lady toke drink back and stab it with a sharp knife. I told her i will not be back worst customer service ever i throw drink straight into bin total waste of money The price was advertised at $4.00 but was charged $6.50 for straight syrup. Customer service goes a long way!!"

"I’ve been here many times before and the food has always been fine - portions smaller than average but prices were fair and I even understand this place, like everywhere else is going through price increases. But this time I was majorly disappointed. I ordered something different to the usual takeaways I normally get, the spicy noodle soup to have here. There was 3 tiny pieces of meat, all of which could have fit on the paper spoon provided. The noodles are the thin round ones, not the bigger size -anyone who knows their spicy noodle soup knows that. Plus the bowl was dirty all around the rim when I got it. To make matters worse, the young boy when he wasn’t serving customers was sitting down playing his phone and picking his nose!! Then grabbed a bottle of water before he went to serve someone and drank it in front of them - and then he took their order. Hmmm, I don’t think I’ll be back here any time soon any more.."

"Not to bad as a fast food. Pho is totally different from the normal one you've eaten in Vietnamese restaurant as beef was cooked. Bahi Mi is good choice for lunch but not big enough."

"I was very disappointed with this place. I was there around 2pm so it was not busy at all. I ordered a Chicken Noodle Pho & waited around 10 minutes for it to come while the staff chatted. I found the only clean table that was there to sit. The other tables were covered in crumbs & food debris & had rubbish still left there. The pho was gross. They sprinkled Chinese 5 spice on the top. The chicken was also very dry. I brought it to their attention but because I had eaten some of it, they refused to refund me. Of course I ate some, how would I know it was gross otherwise. I left 3/4 of it. The countertop where they made the banh mi’s was also covered in food debris & was attracting flies. The whole time I was there, the staff spent their time talking & making no effort in making it presentable, inviting or food safe. There’s no way I’ll be returning here when there are so many, far better options to have at Helensvale Westfields."
