"Thank you to the event manager looking after my sister and I after being treated so rudely by the bistro manager Justin. Ordered lunch and paid. But seems there was no trace only the person who took our orders and details. Still not good enough for Justin. He was so rude. Thank you to the venue manager for your help."
"We go there regularly, as members of the STAR group we get discount on drinks and food. Serves are generous. Food is hot and tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend this hotel. Only complaint I have is sometimes there is a live act, and it is a bit loud making conversation difficult."

"Me and my daughter came in last Friday night for a meal and were greeted by I think her name was Kaela, She was absolutely amazing and super friendly and her attention to detail knowing the menu was an absolute treat especially when it came to helping decide what to have for dinner because not only was she helpful but made us feel right at home and catered to our evey need and especially being in the hospitality & events industry myself I couldn't have asked for anyone better she absolutely deserves a pay rise and more acknowledgement. ☺️Over all I love this place the food atmosphere and the price point was great too. Highly recommend it's a 10/10 from us. Thank you for a great experience!"
