"Bought an expensive bracelet online for my wife’s wedding day gift. The chain broke after half a dozen wears so thought no worries I’ll take it a store so they can repair it under warranty. Firstly the Rundle mall store didn’t want to know me or assist in anyway. They made me do all the legwork to get all the details and order numbers because “they didn’t have it on file”. Then promised they would call me within a few days with an update. 2 weeks later and not a word. Went back into the store for an update. No haven’t got one, so will call back in a couple days. Still waiting on An assessment by the jeweller is what I was told. Another two weeks pass and followed up again only to be told “no we don’t have it, you have it”. After 30 minutes of trying to explain we don’t have it they magically found it. And delivered the news, “your bracelet that has been worn half a dozen times is broken by you, so you have to pay to fix it.” This is not on mazzucchellis, if you can’t warrant a product that you sell and claim is “premium” you need to take a long hard look at yourselves and your diplorable customer service. Chi the manager is rude, arrogant and does not care one bit for the customers who have an issue. Only the ones who want to spend money. My advice to you all, run. Do not buy from any mazzucchellis anywhere."

"I don't usually post reviews, but the customer service at this place is absolutely appalling, and after reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one whom have experienced it. My Longines watch has been in repair under warranty for over 8 weeks now (a watch that is over $2500 and less than a year old, yet can't even keep an accurate time?!) and despite several promises that they will call to give me an update to when it will be finished, there has been no phone calls at all - this is even after speaking to the 'store manager'. The time delay to fix it may be due to Longines, but as a sales assistant, if you already promised to call and follow up with the customer, then you should really do what you promise. As a consumer, if you're planning to splurge yourself on an expensive piece of accessory, I suggest pay for it somewhere else that will give you a more pleasant experience."
