"The staff are very rude .. especially a young blonde guy that works there… won’t sell meatball subs after 8pm as apparently that’s subways policy to stop serving meatball subs after 8pm. This store always has some kind of issue… always forgets things or machines broken! Very poor customer service! Only thing they have going for them is it’s a convenient drive thru however the service makes this not so convenient! How hard is it to make a damn subway sandwich!"

"Just ordered through drive through got our order wrong even after he repeated it at speaker, waited at the window 10 mins no apology for the wait as you would expect from proper customer service, the man at the window reaches for my phone to take it away didn’t explain his taking it to the eftpos machine inside where they do the ordered I asked him what’s he doing? He says I’m taking inside to take payment I told him To Communicate this to me he says he didn’t think to as everyone just hands over their phones to him ( I certainly don’t believe this at all) These people need more training definitely thinking twice before coming back!"

"Terrible customer service……Pulled up to order and could hear young girls giggling and squealing through speaker box (someone must have forgot to turn off microphone) finally someone realised after a couple of mins and took my order. I drove around to to the window to then wait for well over 20mins for one sub. Was about to drive off and go in store when finally another car came through and ordered behind me , the penny must have dropped that they had obviously forgotten about me sitting in their drive thru. Young girl apologised and tried to tell me they were busy, which I could clearly see they were not. Very disappointing, maybe they should have someone more experienced or older to manage young teens goofing off instead of working."

"Second bad experience ordering through uber with this place. First time I ordered a roast beef foot long with lettuce, tomato, onion cucumber, olives and sweet onion sauce. The sub we received had 3 slices of roast beef, olives and tomato sauce. How good. The second order, I ordered a 6 inch BMT with lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber and capsicum with sweet onion sauce. The sub we received (to their credit) had all the chosen salads, but was completely smothered with sweet chilli. Both times an order was placed, we ordered drinks and BOTH times, no drinks arrived. Avoid ordering uber eats from this store at all costs."
