"Our experience with the staff at Andersens Helensvale was excellent from the time of making contact to the end of the installation. After discussing our needs and what we were looking to transform our bedrooms into it Steve came out promptly bringing with him a huge variety of samples of carpet, hybrid and vinyl. We had chosen to change our brown colour tonings to a grey in keeping with our style. Once we made up our minds the installation date was soon made and before we knew it our old horrible carpets were pulled up and beautiful new carpets were laid in our 3 spare rooms and Hybrid flooring in the master bedroom. Hybrid flooring was the way to go for us in our master bedroom as having small furr babies it would be the easiest and cleanest option. It is a beautiful Hybrid flooring and being waterproof enables a light mop to clean therefore always fresh and clean. The installers were very prompt, efficient, professional and very clean and no mess left at the end. All old carpet taken away which was a bonus. We would highly recommend Andersens Helensvale for all your flooring needs as they are excellent to deal with and value for money. We were on a tight time frame to have the installation completed and from the beginning that was not an issue for them. Their expert advice made our choice of carpet an easy one which otherwise would have been difficult and time consuming. Their service went so far as to include the coordination of the removal and reinstallation of internal shutters for the carpet laying.
