I called two minutes before they closed, and even though they were packing up and were closed the friendly fella still helped me sort out the part I needed, saving me a huge amount of stress and difficulty finding the part elsewhere. "Absolutely USELESS. When I walked in, I saw a customer getting served that needed to repeat simple instructions such as "I need a longer bolt" multiple times. After about 10 frustrated minutes for that customer, I got served. I spent 30 minutes trying to explain how I needed 2 washers, a bolt and 2 nuts so I can press a bearing in (basically a poor mans press.. you use two spanners and as you tighten the bolts, the bearing gets pressed in as the two washes draw closer). I drew some diagrams, had the bearing and a pulley to demonstrate, and even showed the guy some photos off google images. Even other customers were getting frustrated and one told me to just go to a bolt place in Nerang. Well, I did and their service was FAR better. Explained in the exact same way as I did at "Bolt In" and the guy understood me instantly... 3 minutes and I had everything I needed. As someone who is studying Engineering, I will be avoiding this shop at all cost (and telling everyone else to avoid it as well). It appears that the employees lack logic and cannot follow simple instructions."
