"Drive thru speaker never works well. Then today a notice to say “headset batteries flat, sorry”. That’s ok, but then proceeded to drive to window thinking they could take order that way. Was at window for a couple of minutes, whilst 2 staff members could clearly see me, and were not interested. Agree with other reviews, staff are almost always not interested. Lost business. Won’t be back."
"Worst subway on the Gold Coast! Went through the drive-through and waited 10 minutes before someone took my order then the staff member proceeded to giggle and said “one moment I’ll be back.” A few minutes later she took my order and I said multiple times what I would like on my sub and she still got my order wrong. Not toasted like I asked, all the wrong salads and no sauce."

"Drive through order. 2 subs. Both wrong even though I repeated the order and it was read back to me. Lengthy wait also yet only one vehicle ahead of us. Didn't appear to be many inside. Fillings were also very light on. A notice on the ordering station notifying of approx 3 or 4 sauces that weren't available. Not even a hint of an apology for the wait. I'd suggest going inside to order to ensure you get what you ordered and actually get a decent amount of filling. Perhaps they're rationing their salad! Been to this drive through previously and similar experience. Staff seem disinterested and service is a chore for them. I don't rate this store at all."
