"I m a big fan of Patty Smith and always thought they do great burgers. The classic is a absolutely amazing. Now, I have to admit I got pretty disappointed about the size of the steak last time I ve order, it looked like and felt like a piece of bacon! Hope it was a mistake overwise they will Loose a customer"

"Great burgers this time around, nice chips and onion rings and super thick shakes and they got our customisations correct this time. In past couple of years have had some issues with this location, re burnt patties ( yes I know i am purchasing a flat grill burger with a press) but some burgers have been uneatable. This would have been an easy 4, but will move my stars up on next pass with them if they can keep this consistency up. As this meal , was probably the best we have had from this location. Still not sold on the UBER pricing from instore pricing, but not going to faulty them on that."

"I had wonderful experience eating my scrumptious delicious classic chicken burger. I highly recommend it to all to try these burgers. Its definitely worth what we paid for them. But our Chips were so salt, so I ended up taking them back. Staff member was so lovely and was willing to replace them she was very apologetic."

"Very long wait times (up to an hour) it would be good if the staff would communicate how long the wait is when you order. Burgers were sitting on the counter for at least 15 minutes before staff bagged them, and when we finally got them they were cold. Also the whole time the staff are arguing and customers are complaining it's an extremely negative vibe the whole time you're waiting."

"The smashed burger patty was oily just how I like it. The cheese was nice, but the sauces weren't the best. The tomato was thin, and they used butter lettuce. The burger bun was average. The onion rings were deeeelious."
