"This is a beautiful place to stay... our room was beautiful but the hot water did run out rather quick. The only thing i would have liked is if the spas were heated as it would have been nice to enjoy a spa in the late afternoon/evening"
"There was a wet towel on the bed upon arrival and no air conditioning to the bedrooms, so it was boiling hot in the apartment and we were pouring sweat. We had to drag mattresses out to the living room to sleep. For accommodation in hot and humid Queensland, air-conditioning is a necessity. The single bed in the second bedroom had literally been peed on and the sheets not changed!! The foxtel box doesn't work and the WiFi is terrible. On the plus side, the pools were great and the place is situated perfectly for tourists with Harbour Town and theme parks close by."
"We used this place for business over a weekend. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The only area of weakness was the reliability of the wifi. This did not present too much of an issue as 5G was within range. Staff are friendly. Lovely ambiance. Close to everything. We will be back"
"This accommodation was obviously very nice when first built. The location and service were great. A close by cafe at L'Etranger's meant there was great food and coffee available easily. The apartment itself was dated and the furniture had a well used feel. Bedding was light on and when the extra blankets were accessed they were dirty or stained. Reception were more than responsive to sorting this out along with the leaking toilet. I would stay here again but would know that I was lowering my expectations to enjoy it. A great option at the right price."
