"Never had an issue with pharmacy until my last visit which has made me a bit disgusted with one of the pharmacists who was on, denying to fill a script of my medication and acknowledged i was in legal right to obtain but she “didnt want to”. I dont know the laws but thats pretty weird even when trying to reason with them just decided to leave, otherwise the counter staff have always been lovely experience, just the pharmacist out the back who has some weird superiority complex."

"As a neurodivergent human being with multiple chronic health conditions and a busy health professional I unfortunately cannot recommend this pharmacy. I had an awful encounter today whereby I was treated disrespectfully by staff and was spoken to in a patronising and condescending tone. It is so important to be kind and respectful to everyone when you work in healthcare. I will not return here again."

"Do not go here rude and disrespectful! I was working out the front and Steve came out the front and scared one of my customers and made her shaken up. The poor lady bullied her and told her to stop definitely recommend not going there"

"Went to get my script for valdoxan, first time using it as I was handing in my script the blonde woman with a ponytail took it. Not a single hello how are you, didn't ask what brand I wanted and didn't say how long the wait would be. It was the worst and the most silent customer experience I have ever had the lady with the short hair handing it to me was absolutely lovely. You need to start training your staff on basic customer service skills."

"Sold me expired baby formula and I’ve been feeding it to my child for two weeks!!!! They never mentioned it and it wasn’t marked down so I assumed it expires much longer than in 2 days!!!! Do not go to this pharmacy very untrustworthy"
