"I haven’t come across another training company on the coast that has achieved results with our milo. Milo is a Belgian malinois who was extremely aggressive towards strangers and other dogs. Our life was turned upside down accomodating for him. He had an extensive long term stint in their boarding and training program and he feels like a different dog now after picking him up. I can go on walks and have family over. He’s gotten a lot better with other dogs as well but they’ve said to always keep an eye on him which is understandable. I want to thank them for their amazing work. Milo will always be coming back to you whenever we go on holidays. Omar and the team you are amazing."

"I am a concerned local resident and dog owner who has along with other locals lodged a complaint about the treatment of animals at this kennel with the Gold Coast City Council Beware the fake reviews the owner is posting on here the fact he is even doing this is a red flag straight away. Please go and ask someone who lives in the area about the kind of treatment dogs are experiencing before boarding your dog here. The dogs are always howling, fighting, crying and barking non stop throughout the day and night and are in a constant state of distress. Staff can be heard yelling at the dogs constantly. Staff are seen leaving in the early afternoon with dogs then left unattended for long periods during the day and overnight. Ask to view the pet accommodation. The place is untidy and messy, old bed frames are piled up, dogs that are staying are howling and barking constantly, it is a dark concrete jungle, a prison camp. The beds (hessian) are put away in the morning so dogs only have concrete to lay on during the day, they have a small courtyard for dogs to mix with other dogs, the place is old and run down. Please do your research and go and knock on a door and talk to a local before you board your dog here it’s the least you can do to ensure their wellbeing and safety. Many people boarding their dogs here would not know the treatment their dogs are receiving after they leave. There is a massive level of trust here that is being broken by the owners."
