"On one hand we love the durability of our seat covers. However neither of the two front seatcovers fit properly mainly because of an "under the seat" belt configuration issue. I originally called the manufacturer but was told that they sent the proper covers for our vehicle and that there is no reason that they should not fit. They did send one replacement cover however but that one still didn't "secure" properly. Frustrated I gave up since they simply didn't want to hear it. The seat covers are on the vehicle and durability wise they perform well. That said we purposely chose Black Duck because of their excellent reputation. The fact that they don't stay in place because of the "under the seat" belt layout issue is very annoying. If we had to do it over again we would have chosen a different manufacturer. Good product but Customer service was lacking greatly. I felt as if they were taking the position, in so many words that they are the Gold Standard in seat covers. That the covers they sent should fit perfectly. And that any problem that we had must be a result of "Our" inability to install them properly. Had I been in charge of customer service I would have been on a live video with the customer immediately my best to rectify the problem. That didn't happen. Very discouraged..... Frank G."
