"I purchased an item in the store and while paying I asked casually if there was something that could help take out scratches caused by a car wash, on the bonnet of my car. Max, who was serving me came outside to look at my car and then went back saying he thought a certain product would help. He returned with a compound restorer and proceeded to work on my bonnet, certainly hiding the scratches. Thank you so very much Max at Autobarn you were amazingly kind and helpful."
"I brought a expensive Raceworks reservoir from autobarn the reservoir was faulty and leaked very bad witch caused the paint in my engine bay to strip back to metal. my very freshly painted engine bay... I went in store with the reservoir and the worker couldn't do much without this Lloyd bloke being there. its been nearly 3 weeks since I went in there about this and Lloyd has not bothered to call or even try get in contact with me about this issue. Just goes to show how good he is to his customers. i've now had to contact race works myself to sort this issue out and they have been very helpful with the whole problem. I also got told by one of the workers that autobarn butler would not let me return another reservoir I had brought. That I have not used because it is to big for my car so now I have a brand new reservoir that's just sitting in its box in the house with no use for it not happy and very poor effort from the store manager.."
"served by lloyd , and he went out of his way to help. he got some parts for our roofrack that wasnt available any more by getting some off another store sending them back through the supplier and then re ordering for us. then on top of that gave us a good price because it was old stock"
"Came in for some cleaning items and seat covers for my Dmax. The team made sure I had the right products and even recommended cheaper items over more expensive so good to see their goals are based around customer service and not just max sales. They also noticed a smell of diesel around my car and attempted to investigate the reasoning and gave me advice around troubleshooting it. Thanks gents great help!"
"I recently purchased an expensive electrical item from this store. After experiencing the product malfunction straight out of the box, I returned it the next day. After demonstrating that it did not work, the employee I spoke to said that I could not exchange the item or have a refund that day and would have to "run their own test overnight". If they thought I was incorrect that the item did not work, I should have been eligible for a monetary refund immediately as all packaging was there and receipts in order. Either way, when I returned the next day after not receiving a phone call like I was told I would, the employees working had no idea of the "tests", found the product and concluded that yes, it was malfunctioning. But I had to drive to Joondalup for the replacement. A great waste of money and time."
