"This company does not care about its customers. Had a car moved from Townsville to Perth and it was delivered late. It was only my persistence and a lovely lady in Perth that helped me get my car otherwise I would still be waiting. The head office is in Melbourne so If you are in any other time zone you get no service once the Melbourne office closes. Do not use this company if transporting your private car. If you want it delivered on time from the east coast to the west coast book it on a ship. My car sat idle at depots for about 15 days. They give you long time frame and they tell you don't plan anything around delivery. If you cant stick to timeframes you are in the wrong business. I have run a transport business and did travel across the country - its not that hard!"

"Worst service ever, I strongly recommend DO NOT use this company to transport your car. It’s been more than 4 weeks and my car hasn’t been delivered, called last week only to be told that they were closed and they wouldn’t make an effort to open during the weekend to ensure they return my property back to me and to any other customer that has their car stuck at their nasty warehouse. I have called today (once again) and now their numbers are “unavailable”??? Seriously, what a lack of professionalism. These people are a disgrace. Wish this review can help others to avoid using the services of AutoCare."

"I engaged a company called Car Transport Express. I think they seconded the delivery to Autocare. Supposedly the car should arrive between 7-10 days, it arrived 12 days. As I'm not in a hurry for the car it didn't coat me much. Would like to review the place and collection of my car. I don't have to make a booking to retrieve my car. But you need to allow for 15 mins for them to get your car, drive it out from the storage compound and complete basic paper work. It took me 5 mins. The process is very easy. Hope you had a pleasant experience."

"Very dissapointed with this service. I used autocare to transport my car from Melbourne to Perth. After being assured the car is covered by insurance on route. When my car turned up with multiple chips on the windscreen they just said "they are not responsible for any damage done to items within the car" (which apparently includes the windscreen). Will never use this company again and would not recommend."

"I would like to thank Jerald for his help, when I was stuck in traffic for 2 hours and after all that trouble wasn’t going to make it. Jerald went out of his way rang the depot and managed to find out if someone would be there when i get there. Also thanks to the guy which was able to take my car for the transport, although it was way after their closing time he inspected my car and explained it all to me and even offered me to sit in the office to wait for my ride to arrive! Jerald helped me second time when I rang them about my garage remote control I’ve left in my car. So far I’m pretty impressed, specially after reading all the negative feedbacks from other car transport companies. I feel confident my car will arrive within the timeframe they have given me and I could not imagine there would be any issues."
