"My friend cried for hours on end after the most botched hair cut experience I’ve ever seen from this place. Not only was it a disastrous salon experience but they couldn’t even be bothered to refund/ reply or apologise for the absolute disaster. Very unprofessional would not recommend. Luckily a salon in the city helped salvage what they could until it grows again."

"The most appalling hair experience I have ever had. I was charged $96 for this hideous haircut. I asked for layers in my hair and the hairdresser said no, I asked for curtain bangs and he said no, I was so shocked and panicked by what he had done that I agreed to a fringe hoping it would fix it and he cut it so square it looks ridiculous. I said I did not want a blow dry and he did it anyway and charged me for it. He was very clearly too busy talking about himself to focus on what he was doing. I’m not even convinced he is a qualified hairdresser. I had to have visit a different hair dresser in the city to try and fix it and they were so, shocked and could believe what he had done. There were random chunks gone, the length was completely uneven and the ends were so roughly chopped with no thought or care to it. I emailed the salon for a refund as I was so incredibly upset by what he had done and they did not even bother responding. Absolutely horrible experience and disgusting lack of professionalism all round."

"I had an AMAZING cut and colour done there in May this year and was overwhelmed with compliments. Had it trimmed a few days ago, but it didn't 'sit' quite right. I contacted them, and Jo saw me this evening and did a fantastic job of fixing the problem. Their customer service is excellent - you can tell they really care how their customers feel about their hair. I won't be going anywhere else now!"

"I can not thank you enough Josephine and ladies for today and ever since I’ve been coming into the salon, you do such an amazing job. I feel welcomed and always leave feeling fabulous whether it a colour or cut and the blow dries are out of this world, so straight considering I have curly hair lasting days. Josephine and all the girls are truly fantastic. I had black hair (old box dye) this morning and walked out with a beautiful lighter brown colour that I absolutely love. The amount of work and care given was nothing short of excellent, they listen to what you want, understand your hair type and provide great advice and friendly service. When it came to the cost I was floored, it was nothing that I thought it would be considering all the work Josephine and the other ladies put in, with another salon it would have been much much higher for less results (previous experience) I can not recommend Lou Lou’s enough. They are without a doubt the best hairdressers I’ve ever had and will always continue to attend the salon."
