"Extremely disappointing. I attended to help with my depression. For context I used to work nights, so I would arrive home at 3am and sleep most of the morning and into the early afternoon. One day I woke up to two messages from the clinic, one at 9am (whilst I was very much asleep) saying I needed to respond by 11am with confirmation that I was going. At 11am I received another text saying that because I hadn’t responded my appointment had been cancelled. I woke up to this at about 2pm. They also cancelled all future appointments as well and I haven’t heard from them since. Wouldn’t recommend if you are seriously depressed, as this nearly pushed me over the edge and I consider myself to be relatively okay. Would give negative stars if possible"
