Our stores offer a diverse selection of items, including clothing, accessories, household goods, furniture, and much more. While the stock may vary at each location, you can always count on finding a great selection of items that meet your needs and preferences.
Donating your pre-loved items to your local Goodwill store not only helps to reduce landfill but also allows you to declutter your home while giving others the opportunity to enjoy your special items and give them a new life. Please note that while we strive to collect all donations, there may be limitations on furniture or large items. Our friendly Goodwill staff will be happy to provide advice on whether collection is possible.
It's important to note that over 80% of the items donated to Goodwill cannot be sold. In 2019 alone, dumping these items cost Goodwill a staggering $18,000, taking away valuable funds that could have been used to support the services provided by Uniting Communities. By donating responsibly and ensuring that your items are in good condition, you play a crucial role in maximizing the impact of our work.

"I visited this store in a hope to find an outfit for a particular event. After trying on a nice dress I was greeted by a lady who asked if I liked the dress. I told her it was nice but wasn't quite what I was looking for. She then proceeded to walk me over to the plus size section and said "you might find something here". I absolutely would not consider myself to be a "plus size" woman and think this was completely out of line. I left the store feeling absolutely disgusting and unimpressed to say the least. These type of comments and presumptions are completely unnecessary and could have the potential to truly hurt someone who may not be feeling the best about themselves in the first place. Very disappointing."
"Great "new-to-you" shop! Wide range of stock, neatly shelved and hung. Clean and fresh environment (not always the case in second hand stores), the staff are always friendly and helpful AND they have a small rewards card scheme. One of my favourite second chance shops!"
