"As soon as we walk in it was like we were aliens. The girl there so did not want to serve us. I made the mistake of coming back thinking I would get good service like I did last time. Thank you to the guy behind the counter that was very helpful. Walked out without buying anything. She couldn’t even bother to measure my child’s feet properly and he is a 2 with room to grow a 3. I got the guy to measure again. She said it was a 5 how appalling is this, I asked a few times if she was sure and did not even look at the measurements on the floor. I have never felt so disgusted by such poor customer service. I did not want to go to marion thinking support our community well if this is what I get I might as well make the trip to Marion then."

"I can't believe that after living in Blackwood for just over 10 years that I've only just gone into this store for the first time. I just always assumed that being a small (independent?) store that they would be expensive than the large chain stores. They were very much on par for prices on everything from what I could see. I was also very (pleasantly) surprised by their range. The staff were very helpful without being intrusive and they seemed quite happy in their working there. I purchased a rashy for my daughter hoping that it would fit and true to their word they exchanged it when it didn't. I'll never go to a big chain store again knowing that this store should cater to my (limited) sorts needs."
