"I came in already expecting to hear no when I asked "do you have anything in a 10H?" Your staff member Kathryn immediately recognized the defeated tone in my voice and although the store didn't have my size she directed me to your website and showed me how to search by size and how to bring it back for a full refund if it doesn't fit! She was completely sympathetic and helpful and although I didn't leave with a bra it was the least painful bra shopping experience I've ever had."
