The secret to a good pizza is the base, and Pappys pizza bases are the best. The toppings, the flavour. Wow ! You're a lucky bunch that live close to this pizza place !!!"
"When I moved into the area I would of recommend anyone to come here. My last 4-5 orders have been nothing less than a disappointment. From uncooked food to Deliveries being 2-3 hours and still not cooked. Today was my last chance with Pappy's and now I will never go back. I preordered some food for a bday party and 3 hours later the order still wasn't processed. Tried calling to find out what was happening only to be put on hold for 10 mins whilst hearing the staff arguing and screaming at each other."
"If I could give a 0 I would. We ordered over the phone at 4.30, rang them at 5.55 enquiring how far away it was to get told our order was 'the mystery one' and that they couldn't work out what the boss had written as to what we wanted. Wouldn't you think they would then call you to confirm? Nope, not this place. Second bad experience, never again"
"Wifey and I both agree it's probably the worst pizza we have ever had. Asked for a inferno 9/10 heat and not 1 flake of chilli, no hot sauce, no flavour. Scabby on toppings for hearty fee,and 1 1/4 hour wait for warm average food . Only positive was garlic bread."
"I'll start positive. The base was probably the best I'd had in years. Pity the rest was so scabby. I got a pepperoni pizza and a super special. I rang it through, and arrived 20 minutes later to pick-up. I waited behind others for 15 minutes only to find out they hadn't even had their order taken! Then I had to wait another 20 minutes before I got my food. I was asked 5 times what my order was. No apologies for the huge wait. Then tried to charge me a few bucks more than I was quoted on the phone. There was so little topping on it,considering it was supposed to be a " the lot with seafood ". I saw 4 or 5 tiny prawns and tasted no anchovies at all. I realise they can do without my business, but I can also do without their pizzas,I'm afraid."
