"Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre is an amazing place to visit for animal lovers. The centre is situated in the Perth Hills and is home to a wide range of native Australian animals. The rehabilitation centre has a wonderful team of staff and volunteers who work tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate and release sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife. The centre has a variety of enclosures for the different animals, and visitors can have the opportunity to see and learn about kangaroos, wallabies, possums, birds, reptiles and many more. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the animals they care for, and are happy to answer any questions visitors may have. The centre also has an education program where visitors can learn about the importance of conservation and protecting our native wildlife. They offer guided tours, animal encounters and educational talks for both children and adults."
"Really enjoyed being educated on what goes on at this wildlife rescue and meeting a python, bobtail and an echidna. Were also shown the hospital and kitchen areas. This would be a great place to bring children and grand-children. $15 which included tea and coffee and a biscuit is good value."
