Mitchell Park Neighbourhood Centre

Welcome to the Mitchell Park Neighbourhood Centre, located at Bradley Grove, 139 in Australia. Our establishment is a vibrant hub of activity that offers a place for our community to come together, socialize, and connect. Whether you're young or old, and regardless of your ability level, our centre provides inclusive programs and services for everyone.

We are proud to host various events throughout the year, including a free community event, film programs, and weaving workshops during National NAIDOC Week in the City of Marion. Additionally, we are excited to celebrate the first birthday of the Mitchell Park Sports and Community Centre on June 23 with a day filled with fun activities.

The City of Marion has been recognized for its excellence, winning four Local Government Professionals Australia, SA, Leadership Excellence Awards. As we continue to grow, we are pleased to announce that the former Mitchell Park Neighbourhood Centre building will soon become a campus for the Education Department's Bowden Brompton Community School.

Furthermore, the City of Marion is currently seeking expressions of interest in utilizing the Cumbria Court headquarters of the Mitchell Park Neighbourhood Centre.

We are also thrilled to announce the start of work on new tennis and netball courts at Mitchell Park, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony. This development will provide even more opportunities for our community to engage in sporting activities and stay active.

If you're looking to connect with like-minded individuals, we invite you to join our supportive and social community group for Nepali women. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and strengthen your ties with the community.

Furthermore, we offer a welcoming and fun session aimed at building confidence and promoting wellbeing through various sporting activities. This is an excellent way to stay active and enjoy the benefits of physical exercise.

For families with young children, we have exciting news! This spring, we are introducing a new program called Spring into KinderGym. It's a great opportunity for your little ones to explore and develop their motor skills in a safe and supportive environment. Everything is provided, so you don't need to bring anything along to try it out.

Lastly, we encourage you to join our popular Friday Night classes led by our talented Artist in Residence, Mary. These sessions are a fantastic way to unleash your creativity and explore various art forms.
