"Recently returned here after awhile. I had an old review that I have now deleted, but in the past I always had an issue with one particular female staff who was really unpleasant to deal with. But I’m glad that my recent experience was so much better. Overall, I was pretty impressed with my lunch. Service was exceptional. Manager directed us to the table with clear instructions about what to expect. Staff came for the order quite timely, and have at least twice checked on us to make sure everything is ok. They didn’t force nor expect us to use the table ordering, which I really appreciate as sometime its just nice to have interaction with a real person. Food was even better than I remembered. Ribeye steak was perfectly cooked and I liked how it came straight off the grill without getting masked with butter or sauces (how I like a steak to be served). Ribs were great. Kids meal was good too. In particular I have high commendation for the manager and how he manages his staff. i can hear him making sure his crew was looking after the guests. The unpleasant staff that I had issue with before don’t seem to work there anymore too, replaced with a more friendly and caring staff. It was a different vibe altogether. You can also hear the dynamics in the kitchen which gave the impression of a working and functioning kitchen staff. The chefs seemed to enjoy themselves and the food reflected that. All in all, there has been a definite improvement that both me and my wife noticed and we look forward to returning again!"

"Edited review: lunch today with hubby. The place was very busy, but we were shown a table straight away by a wonderful, friendly young lady. We had the salt and pepper calamari as an entree to share. Hubby had the ultimate burger, and I had the half rack of pork ribs. The meals came out promptly and were delicious. Our waitress Katie was very friendly and efficient. Went there today for lunch. Place was not too busy and was seated straight away. Ordered the pork belly sliders and tgi platter to share. Sliders were very nice. Ribs on the platter were so tender and tasty as were the chicken wings. They had no chips due to supply issues but we were given onions rings instead. They were also very good. The food was fantastic and the service was very friendly. We will be back."

"First time visiting here, we ordered the $25steak with side of sweet potatoes chips, which is actually quite nice for this price. We don’t like the burger we ordered, the burger bun is a bit dry. Both beef and pork ribs are just average, but the chips are pretty good. We waited a while for our food. Thank you for the colouring and sticker book for my son."

"First time coming here for dinner. We had an awesome experience. Service was quick. Friendly staff. Mouthwatering burgers and fries the dipping sauce was amazing. The chocolate thinkshake tasted yummy 10/10. We will be back.Would be recommending to our family and friends."
