"Ordered bacon and eggs. Scrambled eggs full of cream. Bacon only and soggy. Bread served under food, full of oil. Could not eat. Ordered a scone with butter. It came piping HOT out of microwave . Too hot to est even after cutting it in half. Fresh scones do not need microwave. Waste of MONEY!"

"In store of Westfield Carousel (In front of Myer) Shopping mall, the employee who look like a bit more senior (probably the manager) Opinion polls are disharmonious and arrogant, which is extremely disappointing. Another problem is that their sandwiches are selling $6.90 in a takeaway container, and they are priced at $12.25 in a plate , Unbeknownst to me, the waiter ordered a plated sandwich for me, and I pointed to the packaged sandwich on the counter, and I paid for it, and at the same time I ordered a small of chips for dine in. They have to wait for more than 20 minutes. After that, when I was check the bil , I had found out the price was wrong. I asked the staff why the charge was not what I saw on the counter. The price is much higher, she said that it is a service charge, because you having the sit down and staff service, I saw the customers next table who have order take away coffee and pastries and sit down to eat their food, and there is no extra service charge! So, Like them! I’m will order takeaway and sit down to eat so you don't get overcharged innocently. This is SO weird!! I have to pay for extra money, but I get bad service at all"

"We went for lunch at carousel. Our order took 45 minutes to come out and there was only about 5 people in the restaurant. My sister had the Cajun chicken salad, it was all soggy and had old brown lettuce in it and it was all smooched together, she asked for something else and they asked her to pay the difference of about $1 if that. I had the gourmet salad, it had no avocado in it and a minuscule amount of feta in tiny pieces which I had to hunt for. We went back for coffee and cake after shopping to give it a second chance, once again about 5 people in the restaurant we had to wait about 15 minutes for coffee and the prices are ridiculous. Miss Maud used to be “the” place to go but after my experience today I will never step foot I’m another miss Maud restaurant"

"Very disappointed in the cost of the Tuna Melt for what you get, it is literally a slice of bread with some mixed up tuna egg onion mix with melted cheese on top with a side salad. Tastes nice but definitely not worth $17.50. We were waiting so long for our food people whogot there after us were getting there food before us so the Eggs Florentine were left out and became boiled eggs instead of poached. Place is very dirty!! Employ someone to just clean the floors and tables."

"Miss Maud reminds me of a modern version of a classic French coffee culture where they pour true love into food and drinks they make! I had a chicken and bacon baguette which was super crispy and fresh, severed so nicely in a plate with cutlery. Coffee was smooth and was in fine warmth without destroying its aroma or being so cold loosing its tinge. Service was quick despite the place being busy at brunch o'clock. Must visit place in Carousel. I'm a Melbourne coffee guy but would say this is in par with an average Melbourne coffee shop :)"
