Manager refused to take a cent for the work. Very honest dealings and would highly recommend to anyone !"

My car wouldn't start after a collision, and I wasn't sure whether to have it towed in to the service centre. Since I was in the area, he actually drove to my house and personally inspected it. "- Damaged a wheel - Did not solve the issue and waste my time They did a standard car service and replace new battery for me, it was charged me around 850 dollars but at same time damaged a wheel without any apologies and compensation. However, the main concern I came to their store want to get fixed is clicking sound while I was driving, somehow they are either not professinal or did not do car inspection properly maybe, they told me have to replace some parts as they feel those "faulty" parts possibly caused clicking issue, and that means another 700+ dollars for replacing those parts called "bushes", and no guarantee about it, they need to do another inspection after new parts mounted. Then I went to another car store, gave them only 60 dollars, they did a car driving test(I was sitting with the car guy), and 10 mins after they told me is not big deal, I should use 95 / 98 fuel instead of 91 because my engine requires higher quality fuel, and that is it. All done within 10 mins and 60$ !"

"Zero 0 Star. They don't deserve any stars!!! I have been taking my car to be serviced by John at AutoMaster on Albany Highway for a while but no more- it is very disappointing !! Last week I bought a new car 2010 Honda Civic and had it checked by an experienced mechanic. He said it was in good condition but due for a service and there was a small leak around the power steering pump which he said was most likely the O rings on pressure hose. John told me the pump needed replacement and they would replace with a reconditioned pump. I was charged $995 and agreed as I don’t know about cars. My friend got a quote from Global Automatics in Bibra Lake and they recondition the pump and labour with genuine Honda oil for a maximum cost of $500 wow that is a huge difference !!!! I feel like I have been taken advantage of…… To make things much worse I pick up the car and there is a 40cm long crack in the windscreen which was not there when I drop off in the morning- I was very upset but they refuse to take any responsibility to fix. Eventually we went back and John said he would contact his insurance company…., the service is so bad I am extremely disappointed ☹️ I will NEVER be going back - be WARNED John's attitude was not acceptable at all. So rude and talk down to me. Dishonest, overcharged, unethical. Terrible."

I usually get my car services with them but even when I've had a hose break unexpectedly they were happy to help and did all they possibly could to get me going again as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
