Crest Accountants - Gold Coast

"If I could give 0 stars I would, They have been so called “managing” our SMSF for years via my accountant. Recently discovered the work I had paid top dollar for and engaged them to do over 2 years was not completed, no returns lodged even thou signed and returned. Outstanding payments I was never advised about (sent to them from ATO and never forwarded) and fines from ATO from their incompetence. Have since transferred to another firm, Crest now taking weeks to respond to requests and clearly trying to make it difficult or simply don’t care. Under claimed due to them not checking invoices in the folders THEY provide, clearly a poorly run operation that is just a numbers game. I will never use or recommend this company, now paying thousands of dollars to fix and do their job again. I am highly thinking about taking action against Crest Accountants and will be reporting to the IPA."
