"Found the service over priced and very tedious. It took nearly 2 months to get a tax return done, the portal they use was not user friendly. Multiply requests to have documents just emailed rather than have to use the portal were ignored. $220 for a simple personal tax return is rather steep. In addition, they did not want to their firm to be "affected" with access to the ability of lodgement concessions. What an absolute joke, dont waste your time, just go elsewhere. Seems like they only want easy Jobs."
