We believe in the power of naturopathic medicine, which focuses on preventative healthcare and addressing the root cause of illness rather than just treating symptoms. Our naturopathy approach combines herbal and nutritional medicine, lifestyle advice, counselling, flower essences, and aromatherapy. We take a holistic approach, treating the person as a whole.

Sally, our resident naturopath, is a natural-born healer and seer who works with the energy of the Holy Spirit. With her abundant qualifications, god-given gifts, and decades of professional experience, Sally is a compassionate and clear conduit of divine healing and guidance. She has personally experienced the highs and lows of life, and through her own journey, she has gained valuable insights that she incorporates into her healing practice.

In addition to her healing work, Sally is also passionate about teaching and mentoring students in energy medicine. She has been attuning and guiding students for 17 years, as it is part of her soul purpose to share her knowledge and wisdom with others.

Sally is not only a dedicated healer and teacher, but she is also a mother of two boys. As an award-winning naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist, spiritual healer, mentor, and teacher, Sally is particularly passionate about supporting women, especially mothers, in aligning their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Her goal is to bring them back to a state of homeostasis, where they can feel healthy, happy, and at peace.
