"Have been coming to Dr Karim for almost 14 years and seen a few other doctors there as well. The 5 stars is for Dr Karim, Dr Shah and Rashid as they have always made sure we have been taken care of and made time to see us. I would rate the medical centre itself and the changeover of people and maybe management to a 2! We use to be able to call and they would accomodate and know the regular customers and not make them jump through hoops and answer the same questions several times to be seen. It has made me go to other practices as well due to the last 3 years where frontline staff are not the same and their care factor seems to be 'a job'. I will say that Carly is a SUPERSTAR though and is very helpful! It is only because of Dr Karim why I still go there with my family."
"Dr Fazal Karim Would have to one of the rudest doctors I’ve come across with next to no care factor for his patience’s As he is not a bulk billing doctor you expect a little more from your doctor how ever I was given under 1 minute of his time I didn’t trust his judgment after the way he rushed my through so I called the pharmacist before having my prescription filled after talking to the pharmacist, he had let me know what I’ve been prescribed would not help my situation. I called back to speak with him and ask to discuss it further however once again he continued to cut me off and talk over me this conversation lasted around all of 1minute again before me being mid sentence he said bye and hung up I am glad to say This is not my regular doctor or clinic. I will not use this clinic again"
"Fantastic medical centre! Professional and super friendly reception team. Dr Sonia is amazing and always give me the time to talk through my illnesses. Practice is always clean and tidy. Great medical centre right at my doorstep."
