"Terrible service! I sent a surfboard and it got damaged by the curler, when I lodged a complaint with them I was told that I cant lode an insurance claim as they cant prove that it wasn't damaged before it was sent. The Indian manager was very rude and lied by saying that it wasn't properly packaged, even though it was in a padded surfboard bag which they were also supposed to bubble wrap which they didn't do. I forgot to mention that I did send an email to head office but I never got a response, so don't say that you take complaints seriously!"
"I delivered goods to Pack and Send Mermaid Beach, on Tuesday 6 June. The goods arrived in Mackay on Wednesday 7 June. Unfortunately the delivery people in Mackay did not make contact before delivering and simply left a card in the post box. Fortumately the goods were delivered on Friday 9th after following the agreed process of phoning on approach. Well done Pack&Send."
