"I am a new patient. I was seen by Dr Alison Burton, I booked through Hotdoc which was very convenient and when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by a lovely receptionist in a very pleasant environment. Dr Alison gave me a head to toe examination that took about half an hour in total. I felt confidence in Dr Alison, who also took the time to have a discussion about the best type of sunscreen and its contents. Very Happy!"

"The older female skin specialist I saw was very thorougher and friendly and took care when looking over my skin. Only 4 stars because the practice themselves cancelled my original appt and I missed the call which wasnt followed with any text / email or app notifications to let me know of the change."

"Staff are friendly and interested in getting you booked in, I had a consultation for a skin check (had a bump appear that I was worried about). They did a biopsy same day as it looked to be a type of cancer. Biopsy came back that it was a basel cell and I was booked in for the removal. 3x separate charges, $783.40 total before rebate. 16 weeks later in the same spot a bump has reappeared. Called the clinic and they advised I would need to pay for another consultation fee to have the one bump re looked at, explained its in the same spot reason i went in the first place and it has possibly come back, this didnt matter. Thought there would been a bit of care taken (free consultation check for this one bump looked that was dealt with previously) it would be a in and out visit 5min max to ease my concern that it's come back but they are only interested in getting with rebooked with another full price consult fee. Will be going elsewhere to a clinic that actually cares about its patients"

From my first appointment to a couple of removals later each time I walked in I received wonderful service from Melissa who also helped schedule important procedures with a full time job always with a friendly and helpful attitude. To Dr Kim and Nurse Emma providing thorough and informational care and always making me feel extremely comfortable by explaining everything they needed to do.
