To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, please note that COVID-19 restrictions are currently in place at our centre. One support person aged over 16 is permitted, and everyone is required to wear face masks at all times.
Convenience is key, which is why we offer free on-site patient parking directly outside the centre on Yelverton Drive. Alternatively, there is a parking lot at the Sidings open air parking station opposite the centre on Yelverton Drive for a small fee. Please keep in mind that our centre is located in the historic Midland Railway Workshops Heritage Building.
For those using public transportation, bus route 301 provides transport from the Midland train station, with a stop located opposite our centre on Centennial Place. Additionally, the AvonLink train service runs from Northam and terminates at Midland Train Station, which is only 650m away from our centre. For train and bus timetables, please refer to the Transperth website.
We understand that some patients may need to travel long distances to access specialist medical care. If you normally reside more than 100km away, including in areas like Northam and York, you may be eligible for the State Government's Patient Assisted Travel scheme (PATS). PATS provides a travel and/or accommodation subsidy to help reduce the cost of accessing specialist medical services not available locally.

"The nurses were amazing!! The epic team however admin to billing are absolutely disgraceful very rude and unwelcoming! Sending overdue bills (6 months overdue) when they haven’t even sent the first one or reminders before 6 months leading up to a hefty bill for an elderly lady absolutely disgraceful and just no emotion I would not recommend this centre in this fact as they have had such a negative impact to my grans treatment! So unfortunate as the medical team are amazing!"
"Went to see Dr Ivan Aw today (first consult). My consult didnt last more than 2 minutes - and i am not exaggerating. He basically told me there is nothing I can do with my issue, which is out of his control and I appreciated his honesty- but then charged me $180 for the appointment. I find this absurd considering most specialists would simply respond to the gp referrals and say they couldnt help or reject it."

"I have a very mixed review as my care with Icon was incredible from the treatment team: nurses, doctor, radio, equipment etc. but the admin however let me down where many times I felt they could have reduced the stress and uncertainty I was going through. I felt confused- especially in relation to costs associated my treatment and unheared when queried about some charges, options,etc..I feel the clinic has great potential but needs a more experienced and caring admin team."
