"How ridiculous with Grahams Jewellers website setup. Purchased and paid immediately on Sunday 06/08/23 (order number GR200035256) and personally emailed the next day 07/08/23 to make sure this birthday gift is being processed (SRPK17K), at that time item still showing stock available on their website. On the 08/08/23 my transaction was cancelled told oversold and refund?? I am not happy with this outcome and have chosen your business over other business while same price and others are showing stock available at the point of decision. Now this watch model is sold out everywhere in Australia…;( Told online staff to escalate it and havn’t heard back from management/owner what they going to do to make it right?"

"Customer service lacking, there seemed to be only one staff member, then another three came out of nowhere and vanished again without acknowledging me. Finally, a staff member who was so dithery with a simple question and purchase then took far too long fluffing arouand at the register to process a simple sale. Won't be going back."
