"First of all I LOVE Kathmandu clothing, however if your shopping in the Rundle Mall shop, you need to know exactly what you want size color etc. When I asked to change size, (an due to not having it) I then had to change colour as well, an was not treated nicely after doing so. The ladies name is on receipt an I will be calling head office to make official complaint as I spent $270 an my husband spent $480 the previous day. I recommend this place for its clothing not their customer service, that has a lot in to be said for, these are $200+ per jacket, a thanks have a nice day would be nice rather than a 'aahhhrr' ! Just saying!"
