"I have never felt so humiliated like how the worker did to me today. I was trying a few clothes for my friends graduation party but the lady working said that I could not try anymore after trying 8 pieces. She snacthed clothes off my hands! And basically forced me to buy the clothe that I wasn't sure about. In my entire time I have been here in Australia, I have never had such a disrespectful customer service. I wish I never attended this store. I thought the customer service for MCL at modbury was bad but this was out of the way. This lady worker literally snatched clothes of my hands and put them back on the rack. I don't know how the owner of MCL hire rude people like this. While I was in the store, this worker was so terribly arguing with these two other ladies who came for an exchange/refund. She literally refused to refund but this coat was off for the customer and so she wanted to something else. I am in awe of shock. Never seen such a terrible customer service. If you think that you don't have time to put the clothes back to their places, then hire more people to do the work. This lady told me angrily (very crossed) that she has no time to put the clothes back to their original places and so I cannot try other clothes. I am done with this store (all MCL stores). I wish I can give 0 star."

"Not happy at all. Nothing but cheap rip off Asians! (not being racist because I have Asian background). Spent $47 on a short and top set and it frecking shrinks! And they wouldn’t even replace it as they don’t do returns because they are nothing but scams! Never shopping here and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else."

"Came in today and tried on a few items of clothing. The only person that I thought was working was the man behind the counter. There was no one minding the change rooms so I went in. I was trying on clothing and a lady appeared outside my curtain (standing right in the gap of the curtain so she could see me getting changed) and started having a go because I didn’t tell her how many items I had. Continued to aggressively tell me that “next time I’m there don’t just walk into the change room, I need to tell her the items I take in” ( I didn’t even realise she was there) I hung up all of my clothing and left it in the change room as I went to look for another size of something I tried on. She then stormed over and tried to boss me around telling me to go back and hang what I didn’t want on the other rack. At this point she was so rude I didn’t even bother telling her I was looking for another size and just left without getting the item I wanted. Wouldn’t even call it poor customer service because there was absolutely no service provided and felt like this lady just got a kick out of being rude. Middle aged lady with short hair. I have purchased many items from you but will now not be coming back again."

"Horrible experience I've had, will not go back they are so very rude, they said I could get a refund on a jacket I bought then when I went to take it back the same day she told me that I couldn't get a refund. Not going back to any of the stores."
