"Great service with friendly and professional staff. I’ve had 4 PET-CT scans over the past 8 months with each experience equally impressive. Each step of the process was well coordinated with virtually no unnecessary waiting time. Imaging staff appeared to be quite confident, knowledgeable, and happily answered questions. You even receive a complementary cafe-style toasted sandwich and coffee after the scan! Additionally, I was able to receive a CD of the images at my request, which reception staff promptly provided within an hour of my phone call. The phone app is a great addition that enables you to access your images/reports and forward to your health care providers. Overall, I highly recommend Q scan (Southport) and will certainly be seeking referrals to this practice should I require different types of scans in the future."

"Qscan managed to find a last minute appointment on a Saturday afternoon at 2:45pm during their extended opening hours. This MRI Brain Scan was fully bulk billed to Medicare. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Technician was very informative of the MRI process. Modern technology in a very clean and tidy clinical environment. Thank you for your services."

"Saturday 3 Rd June I took my 90 yr old mother for a chest x-ray. The 2 receptionists and the radiographer were very helpful, kind and caring to both myself and mum. They apologised for the wait, which was only half an hour, then they provided a wheelchair for me to take mum to my car. Many thanks for your care and compassion"

"The receptionists at the Qscan in Southport, either to move on from their jobs, because obviously they don't enjoy what they do anymore! You would think that if they did smile at you they would be worried their faces would crack! Very poor customer service, abrupt, rude, unhappy, miserable, and just unpleasant front desk women to deal with. I get they must deal with alot of low characters and the occasional abuse from time to time which is unfair to them, but it's no excuse for mistreating others who come in and give you a smile and speak to you with respect! My mum came in for a procedure. Later she went up to the red head receptionist to see if I could come into the room during the procedure. She gave my mum a snarky reply back with a somewhat sarcastic sorry. I work with Fair Work. And let me just say that this is just sad and unpleasant to see from a well known company on how the bar has dropped a bit low. They need either assistance, counselling, weed out any bullying of staff members/intimidation, or need major reprimanding. Treat people how you wish to be treated is the most biggest and meaningful saying you can live by these days. So don't be surprised when you show no courtesy towards patients. Don't expect it back in return ladies. My mum and I will be reporting this back to her specialist. Hopefully this review will sink in, and some changes are made! They are the face of your company, but they are not setting a positive example. You have a standard and positive atmosphere to upkeep. However, the lady that assisted my mum during the procedure was just lovely and very good with everything and made my mum feel very comfortable! People like that should be running the front desk!"

"Qscan is my preferred x-ray, Ultrasound, MRI and CT scans for a number of reasons. They are efficient at getting you in quickly, they take any referrals and there is little to no wait times. There are several on the Gold Coast and the staff are fantastic offering friendly service and knowledgeable information about what you need to do to prepare for each process. Southport has undercover parking available and disability parking."
