You don't need a referral to book an appointment with us. We understand that reaching out for help can be uncomfortable, but rest assured that our counsellors provide non-judgmental and caring support. When you book your first session, you will receive a fifteen-minute free initial phone consultation. This gives you the opportunity to discuss your concerns and learn more about our counselling sessions. Additionally, we offer zoom or online sessions for your convenience and comfort.

Aileen, our dedicated counsellor, specializes in building strong relationships with her clients. Her kind and empathetic approach creates a safe and secure environment for you to explore your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. With a background in early childhood education, Aileen understands the importance of providing a secure and non-judgmental space for every person.

Aileen believes that challenging behaviors and mental health issues often stem from unmet needs of love and attachment. She utilizes a collaborative therapeutic approach to empower individuals, helping them develop new skills and insights for growth and healing. Aileen also works with children and young adults, focusing on building resilience, self-esteem, and compassion for everyday life.

To accommodate busy schedules, we offer after-hours appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We also have Saturday appointments available for half a day. These options are designed to support individuals who work late shifts or have full-time jobs.
