"We're a family of 5, with 2 kids that are still in cots, and we booked this place last minute (within hours). They organised the cots, were flexible to our needs, and the apartment was so much nicer than what we were expecting. Great value for the 2br apartment. The second room has heaps of space so we were able to put two cots in there, and there was still room for two single beds. We had the main bedroom. Bathroom is very modern with a washer/dryer. Kitchen updated and has all the usual appliances. Right behind the apartment block is a Red Rooster and convenience store. Train is about 500m walk away. Thanks again!"

"This was our first time travelling as a family (2 young children, 5yr and 7yr). Upon arrival we were told the higher level room we'd requested wasn't available, and were placed in the room beside reception on the bottom floor. This wasn't an issue for most part, as it was quick and easy to duck out to the car to get the rest of our items. It could get quite noisy as the office door opening and closing could be heard from our room, but after a few hours we learned to ignore it. The apartment was clean. Not spotless clean like one would expect at a high end hotel with professional cleaners, but it was comfortably clean with no visible mess or dirt. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the remote control fan and light. Some extra toilet paper would've come in handy, as two rolls only just lasted 4 of us two days, but next time I'll just pack some extra. I loved being able to do all of our washing before we checked out, although was unsure on the etiquette of washing the towels and bedsheets. Ended up putting the towels in the washing machine and left a note. I quite enjoy having to clean up after myself, I normally do when staying in a hotel anyway so this wasn't something that bothered me. The parking was a bit of a hassle due to our slightly bigger car but we walked most of the time anyway so never lost our spot. The owners were absolutely lovely, every time we left and arrived we were greeted. We only met the man, and he was very apologetic about our room mix-up and was such a great help. To sum it up - I was very impressed with this hotel. For the price we paid, I'd expected something dirty and cheap. The decor was modern and comfortable, the service was friendly and welcoming. We are staying here again for New Years and I thoroughly look forward to it!"
