"An escaped elderly small white Pomeranian was taken in to Green Cross Midland today, late Sunday afternoon, to see if microchip details were active (not), Green Cross Midland sent the kind couple away who bought the dog in citing they were closing soon and suggest it be taken elsewhere. The owner of the lost dog rang Green Vet Midland 15 mins after, only to be told they hadn't taken the contact details of the couple who found her, because they were closing and what was the point'. Appalled at the Duty of Care and PR of this vet. shame on Green Cross Midland. The lost Pomeranian could have been reunited with her owner within the hour. We have a very distressed owner on our street and zero idea where the little dog has gone."

"Greencross Midland have been nothing short of amazing with our sweet husky Mya, who has a number of chronic and significant health issues and has had several major surgeries. They are always incredibly gentle and caring, and take the time spend with Mya. Dr Hannah, Dr Gabby and Dr James especially are so knowledgable and compassionate with us as are all the nurses who always have time to have a chat and a pat for the dogs.
