"I understand there must be a shortage of doctors and fewer clinics bulk bill, but more than 2.5 hours wait on more than 1 occasion is just awful. Surely, a better system can be organised such as bookings."

"Great experience as a first timer. We barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The receptionist was on duty at Saturday night(05/08/2023)and Dr Lewis Lassig were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how they both really took their time nearly closing to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic."

"Downloaded the app, can't make appointments, just arrive, check in and wait. So I'll arrive at opening time (8am Saturday) and see how long it takes. Update: 20 people lined up at the door, waited for 8am, soooo many people logging in at once crashed the app. Still lined up at desk at 8:10 and the app came back online. Desk staff told me there is a wait of about 1.5 hours. Update: 8:40 made an appointment with another doctor at 9:10, left, probably won't return."

"Made to wait 2&1/2 hours to have my daughter seen, doctors were so rude and seemed like only 2 docs out of 18ish rooms?. We needed a needle and some stitches. (Really wasn’t too bad) flat out refused to touch her, doc put it in the too hard basket and told us to go to ed. after waiting that long! We were an hours drive from home. My 11 yr old daughter was just left untreated. Saw several patients leaving untreated and or disrespected. Will never return!"

"Made an appointment for my child on Sunday morning through app with very helpful and friendly reception lady assist me. But waiting time way too long, they’re not have enough GP - just 2GP with more than 20 waiting patients in queue and more just coming. We’ve been waiting for almost 2hr and still 8-10 people ahead us. Don’t have any choice rather just wait and wait."
