"We came for the $45 menu and wow there was so much food. You had to roll us out of there !!! Such a great service so friendly and everything felt so seasoned and fresh the zeppoli dipped in the meatball sauce was wild!"

"We came to Frankie’s for lunch with some friends. We asked to do the pizza and pasta menu but we’re told we weren’t allowed to “upgrade” as we had booked the pizza option upon booking (have to make a selection at time of booking) so unfortunately we left hungry and they missed out on our money. The wait staff were efficient but not overly friendly. We weren’t checked on and asked if we wanted another round of drinks for the length of time we were at lunch. The entrees are a strange selection of meals that were unappetising (poached eggs, broccoli, and anchovies). We will not be coming back and very unimpressed."

"I recently visited Frankie Italo Dining & Disco Lounge and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I would give it a 1 star rating due to the following reasons: 1. We waited for 55 minutes before our first food arrived at the table, even though we reconfirmed our order when booking the reservation and confirmed it upon arrival. This long wait time was unacceptable. 2. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our drinks order at our table, but nobody showed up. 3. The drinks order sat on the bar for 10 minutes before being delivered to the table, which was a frustrating experience. 4. The background music was extremely loud and made it difficult to communicate with the restaurant staff and each other. 5. Despite multiple requests to have the music lowered, nothing was done to address the issue. 6. The restaurant forgot to bring the kids' chips we ordered, and we had to remind them after seeing the table next to us get theirs. 7. Three out of the four pizzas we ordered had chili, which was not mentioned to us when the staff explained the meals. 8. The floor manager proceeded to give us feedback on the type of customers they believed we were, which was unprofessional and insulting 9. Overall, the lack of attention and care from the restaurant staff made for a poor dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to others"

"Overpriced, poor service. Didn’t cater to my lactose dietary requirements and was provided with a bread and tomato sauce pizza for $55…. I expected more from such a prestigious winery."
