"The atmosphere is quite comfortable, and the food surprised me, as I had always heard it was bad from others. We ordered crab in ginger and shallot flavors, which is currently on promotion for $58, with the option to add noodles for an additional $15. They also had a $5 king prawn dumpling offer, which turned out to be quite filling, but only limited to one tray per table. The durian mochi was also very delicious, the skin is very thin and jit too sweet, which quite comparable with the one we usually enjoy in Belmont, though it is a bit pricey at $16.80. I've now added this place to my list of favorite dim sum spots. I would have given them a 5-star rating if it weren't for the rather poor service experience with their floor manager/captain/receptionist. Upon entering, the receptionist was engrossed in billing and didn't acknowledge us with any eye contact until he was done. While the other waitstaff seemed to notice us, none of them bothered to inform the captain or manager of our presence. I even noticed the captain chewing food while serving food from the trolley. With proper training, leadership, and management, I believe this establishment has the potential to thrive and earn repeat customers. I sincerely hope that my review would be able to reach to the management and make necessary improvement."

"The Food is absolutely Divine and Delicious! It's on another Level! Sam our host was Fantastic and very Courteous to everyone on my table. The food that we ordered was not just Delicious it was Fantastic!!! There fried rice was Special and you have to try there Prawn Fritters absolutely mouth watering...Must try dish is the Steak Sauternes they just melted in my mouth they ever so tender juicy and delicious. Servings portions also very Generous! My table of 8 where so full and extremely Satisfied! Definitely will be going back there.. Just tell them JohnnyQ to Sam who is one of the owners. He's a Real Gentleman..."

"If you love your Chinese cuisine and seafood then this place is a must. We went during the $88 lobster promotion and it was such good value! We ordered two, one in Singapore sauce with fried buns, it was nice but the one fried with salted egg yolk was amazing! We also loved the peking duck, the crepe for it was cooked perfectly. First time trying truffle fried rice and I can see why it's their signature dish. So delicious! We will definitely be back. *Edit, came back again for the second time tonight, they had Chinese singers singing Shanghai jazz which was really sweet, this time we had the lobster in ginger sauce with noodles, the noodle texture was smooth, flavour was really nice. We also preordered the slow cooked abalone with mushroom, which was amazing! (FYI you have to order the abalone 5 days in advance) worth the wait!"

"Unattended for a very long time to even obtain a ticket. Yes it’s busy and understaffing is understandable but greeting customers is quite basic manner. Even after seated we had to ask multiple times for just tea or water. Food quality definitely does not meet standards, for example the squid tentacles taste like flavorless chewy plastic.. One of the bamboo steamers even had a half peeled label left on and we only realized until we got to the bottom after eating the food in it… Won’t be returning"
